Just as receptionists represent the face of any companies or establishments, they also represent its voice when they greet customers and/or answer phone calls. The job description includes, but not restricted to, the following functions:
- 2 to 3 days/week (9am to 5pm) with possibility of full time employment.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Answer all phone calls where possible.
- Book appointments using provided software.
- Greet and assist visitors to ensure their stay is as plaisant as possible.
- Offer guests refreshments.
- Help with the cleaning and set-up of therapy rooms during slow periods.
- Ensure sufficient linen is available for the therapists.
- Handle questions about the business / offer brochures with business information.
- Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees.
- Accept and sign incoming deliveries.
- Other functions as required.
